Prototype mufflers apply to automobiles of internal combustion engines are professionally manufactured and delivered, and manufacturers that manufacture prototypes and molds also have press mold manufacturing technology, molding technology, and commercial muffler manufacturing technology to produce products. However, after receiving the customer's drawings related to auto parts, due to the manual management method, the final EO drawings could not be managed smoothly. Therefore, if this caused a problem in the quality inspection of the final product, it took a long time to modify the product, which could lead to a decrease in customer confidence.
Therefore, through this project,
① Establish a drawing management process to minimize errors due to lack of management when manufacturing products,
② Establish a system to ensure the quality of press mold production,
③ We have established a system that can deliver the product within the schedule requested by the customer by securing the technology to use the program of the important process in mold production.
